- Range of thickness available: 6 mm – 25.5 mm
- Length: Determined by clients’ requirement.
- Operating temperature range: up to 80oC
- Number of plies: 3, 4 and 5 available in stock.
- Carcass textile type: EP – 400 – 630 – 800 – 1000
- Warp: polyether
- Weft: polyamide
- Bond strength:
- Between working cover and carcass: 0 N/mm
- Between carcass layers: 0 N/mm
- Conditional tensile strength: 20 MPa
- Conditional elongation at break: 400 %
- Conditional warp elongation at load 10% from the nominal strength of sample: 5 %
- Hardness: 63±5 Shore A.
- Volume loss at abrasion: 150 mm3.
- Application: For transportation of highly abrasive sharp-edged materials.
