• The impact rollers are covered with a layer, durable and resistant to abrasion, chemicals and overloading rubber.
• High service life.
• Roller axle: Rolled round bar and drawn round bar.
• Roller coat: – Seamed steel pipe.

– Seamless steel pipe. – Precision pipes.

• Hub: – Steel welded pressed hub. – Reinforced steel welded pressed hub.

– Cast iron hub.

• Bearings: – Radial contact single-row ball bearing. – Sealing according to customer’s requirements: 2Z, 2RS. – With radial run-out: C3 or C4. – Available sizes: 6204 to 6312.
• Sealing:

– 5-element compact labyrinth seal. – Labyrinth made of polyamide plastic, all filled with grease. – Outer cover and flinger polyamide or galvanized steel.

• Dimension range: 160 mm to 2200 mm.
• Operational temperature range: -20° to +90°C.
